Many components are delivered to factories to be manufactured into finished goods. The Truck Loading Lists (TLL) can be created to maintain a comprehensive list of the Inventory despatched on each Truck from a central location i.e. Warehouse to multiple locations / factories
Truck Routes need to be created first then a Truck Loading List (TLL) can be created using this route. Then Inventory, fabrics, trims, labels, hangers, can be added to a TLL via the purchase order movements box.
Boxes can be added manually to manage any inventory that is not in Xelacore e.g. barcodes, labels, hangers etc.
Once a Truck is loaded and ready to despatch a list by location/factory can be downloaded to Excel to share with the factories receiving the goods.
Once a truck has been dispatched by confirming the date that it has despatched the TLL is locked and can no longer be edited
