Create a Truck Loading List

Before a Truck Loading List (TLL) can be created you need to have set up the Truck Route. 

Create TLL

Select 

Action 'Create New Truck'

Pop up will display 

Select a Truck Route from the available list. If it does not display you need to create the Truck Route first

The date the next Trucks are departing on this route will display.

Select 

Add your truck ref (compulsory)

Add truck registration (NOT compulsory)

Add volume (cubic metres, NOT compulsory)

SAVE

The New Truck will now display in the TLL List View with an ID number. Only one location will display but if you hover over the + symbol all locations will display 

Now Inventory can start to be added to this truck from the purchase orders. See 'Add Inventory to a Truck Loading List'

Edit a TLL

By opening a TLL you can edit the Truck ref, date scheduled to despatch, Truck reg and Volume

Delete a TLL

A Truck can only be deleted if there is no inventory attached 

Open TLL

Action 'Delete Truck'

A List View is available with all Trucks Created.

Any Trucks that have been marked as despatched will display in 'Show completed' and will be locked so no more inventory can be added or removed and attributes will be uneditable.
