Add Inventory to a Truck Loading List

Inventory of components i.e. fabric, trims, labels etc can be added to a Truck Loading List (TLL)

Add from the component Purchase Order

Inventory can be added from a 'Pending Transfer' before goods have been 'Booked In'

OR from a 'Book In' via 'Options/Transfer'

Allocations can be made against a purchase order before it is added to a truck

The Transfer quantity must match an allocation quantity

Add Inventory to a Truck from a 'Pending Transfer'

Open the Purchase Order  

Open 'Pending Transfers' box 

Create 'Pending Transfer'

Use

Pop up will display

All Trucks to the transfer location set up will display

Select and SAVE

You can 'Apply' the pending transfer as normal and the inventory will remain added to the TLL 

Transfer now displays in the purchase order movements box 

Add Inventory to a Truck from a Book In

Create 'Book In'

Use 'Options/ Transfer' 

Select transfer location

Where allocations have been made the user will be asked to select the allocation/production order 

Select Transfer allocation

 

Transfers can be made against available inventory (not allocated) as long as the quantity does not exceed the available quantity

Confirm Quantity, Rolls & Weight 

SAVE

 

 

The Truck symbol will now display against that transfer

Hover over symbol to see truck ID number  

Use Truck symbol as a short cut to TLL 

If Inventory has been allocated then the Production Order Number, Style Number and Qty Allocated against this PO/ Component will display 

Click on Notes 

SAVE 

Hover over (N) to view Notes

Notes can be edited up until the Truck has been dispatched then they are locked 

Delete Inventory from the TLL

The Purchase Order will be updated if the Inventory is removed 

Boxes of Inventory that are not managed e.g. barcodes, labels etc. in Xealcore can be added to the TLL 

select Actions / Add Box 

Select the location the box is to be delivered 

Add Box Ref and Contents and Notes 

Boxes then display at the bottom of the TLL 

These can also be deleted if no longer required using the bin icon 

Click on any PO number or Production order number for short cuts 

Once the TLL is complete it can be filtered by location and downloaded to csv to email to the factory who is going to receive the goods from the Truck 

Once a Truck has despatched check that all the Inventory listed is correct before selecting the despatched date 

Once confirmed the TLL will be locked and no longer be able to be edited 

A csv download can still be actioned on a despatched TLL

Below Actions on Purchase Orders Inventory can be created once a truck has despatched

Transfer

Write Off 

Restock 

Debit Note 

Transform

***If any of these actions need to be created to Inventory that is on a TLL but not yet despatched, you need to wait until the Truck has been despatched or cancel the Inventory from the Truck, perform action required then add back onto TLL***
