Once set up these overheads will be added to costings against the relevant garment type. The Price can be edited any time but will only be used on new costings.

If there is a garment type missing then use the 'Help' button to request a new garment type to be set in Xelacore

Overhead Costs

The Xelacore settings module provides functionality to include additional overhead costs that will be automatically included in the sales costing summary. These are created and updated if required by your administrator.

Quality Control and Overhead costs are applied as per garment costs, whereas Grading if set as a fixed cost, is divided by the number of garments per the order and added as a fractional cost.

 Screenshot_2020-04-23_at_15.23.36.png

  • Quality Control  - Enter a fixed amount per garment to be added to the total cost
  • Overhead - Enter a general overhead value to be added to the total cost
  • Grading - Enter a value for grading services to be divided by the total number of garments e.g. £250.00 for an order for 1000 units will add 25p to the total cost.

If you are costing a repeat style you can use the button on the costing table to remove the grading cost calculated from the table in Settings
