Settings Factories tab (Sealing Rules)

On this page you can set by factory production estimates by Quantity and freight method so that when calculating Seal by target dates Xelacore can populate a date that the Production team work to maintain the critical path of production orders to ensure on time deliveries.

Select the factory. If it does not appear in the drop down then the factory needs to be set up in Contacts/Factories 

By Freight Method (Air,Land,Sea) and Construction Type (Woven, Knitted) you can set different manufacturing lead times

In 'Seal By' the lead time for manufacture should be completed and then delivery option. Ex factory should be selected if you need to allow for freight lead times in the critical path timeline

As many combinations as required can be set up to accommodate as accurate critical path and to maintain the clients delivery date

These can be edited or deleted using 

Please Note; Any changes will only be applied to new Sales/Production Orders. 

The 'Seal by Date' will then be calculated on the Sales Order once the factory and Quantity required are completed
