Production Processing 'Book In' Finished Goods

Once goods have been manufactured by the factory you need to 'Book In' the finished goods to the location that is going to hold goods until they are shipped/delivered to the Client 

Open Production, Production Processing from the menu

Search for the Production Order in the List View 

Each Delivery created on the Production Order will display in the 'Dockets' box

Select the Delivery that you wish to 'Book In'

The Pop up will display with the 'Qty' already completed. This can be edited if required

Select the 'Location' and 'Carrier' then the ADD Movements button will be enabled 

 

Success message will display. Click Ok 

Qty Received now displays in Pop up. Select 'Close'

The movement now displays in the 'Book In History' Box and can be edited if required.

NOTE; A 'Book In' can only be edited if a 'Book Out' for that delivery has not been created.  

Complete any further 'Book In' movements for additional deliveries

To view details of a 'Book In' Select 

To Edit a 'Book In' Select 

To change the quantity select 'Corrections'

Enter Quantity that you want to deduct from the 'Book In'

'Add Corrections'

Edited quantity now displays in the movements table 

To change the location select the new location and then 'ADD Movement'

Transfer In and Out will display in the pop up 

'Close' and new Location will display in the 'Book In History' box
