Pending Transfer on a Purchase Order

After a purchase order has been created a Pending Transfer can be applied to all or some of the due quantity. This can then be confirmed once a book in has been created. This gives all users access to what inventory may need to be moved and secured against a production order.

Select + Add Pending Transfer on the purchase order

Select the transfer location and quantity. Multiple pending transfers can be created.

NOTE: The quantity cannot exceed the quantity ordered

Once a 'Book In' has been created the pending transfer can be confirmed using the 'Apply' button 

Select from which 'book in' you want to confirm the transfer. Edit the quantity if required then 'Apply' 

The transfer will now display in the purchase order movements box as a transfer 

NOTE: If allocations have been created against a production order this will need to be deleted first before the transfer can be confirmed.
